Born and raised in Edmonson County and a Warren County resident for more than 30 years, Tomitha has spent a lifetime getting to know this community, its people, and the places that make this part of Kentucky special. That connection gives her clients something you can’t learn from a textbook: a genuine understanding of the area and the people who live here.
Tomitha’s path to real estate is part of what makes her so good at it.
Her professional background spans banking, bookkeeping, accounting and office management, including 13 years at Western Kentucky University, where she managed student workers, oversaw the English Department’s budget, and served as a member of WKU Staff Council. She also spent 20 years as a licensed massage therapist—a career that taught her something equally valuable: how to listen.
Today, as a REALTOR® and Associate Broker, all of those experiences come together. Tomitha understands the numbers and the details, but she also understands the person sitting across the table. She knows that behind every contract, closing and set of keys is a real family making a very real decision about their future.
Her commitment to real estate extends beyond her own clients. Tomitha has taken an active role in supporting education and professional development within the industry, serving as Co-Chair of the RASK Education Committee in 2025 and stepping into the role of Chair of the RASK Education Committee for 2026. It’s another reflection of something that matters deeply to her: continuing to learn, contributing to her profession, and helping others grow along the way.
That same spirit carries into the relationships she builds with her clients.
