Neil is a veteran (United States Marine Corps), with a business degree from the University of Louisville, and has extensive experience in the corporate world as a healthcare IT professional.
After moving to Bowling Green with his family over 11 years ago, Neil began his entrepreneurial journey growing a successful franchise from the ground up, along with a diverse real estate portfolio, including single and multi-family investments.
Neil has been involved in numerous real estate projects, from value add properties to use conversions, and large scale, ground up multi-family builds. He has been through the various components that are involved in real estate transactions and their corresponding phases, and looks forward to helping clients navigate the process, whether it is a new home or investment opportunity.
