Edward Griffin — an entrepreneur, investor, and real estate professional with deep roots in the Bowling Green community.
Ed attended Auburn University, where he studied business management, and later came to Bowling Green to help launch and manage a food service business. Since then, his professional experience has expanded to include commercial site selection, investment property analysis, property management, and ownership of both commercial and residential real estate.
Ed is also the owner of Griff’s Deli and has been recognized by the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce for his contributions as a local small business owner. His entrepreneurial background gives him a practical understanding of what makes a property work — whether it’s a family home, commercial space, or investment opportunity.
Having made Bowling Green home for many years, Ed is passionate about the continued growth of South Central Kentucky and enjoys helping buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the local real estate market.
Outside of work, Ed is a licensed pilot, golfer, fitness enthusiast, husband to Micha, and proud father of two. He brings the same drive, professionalism, and integrity to real estate that have shaped his success in business and throughout the community.
